Housing Analyist

The Housing Analyst works under the direction of the Housing Policy Director and is primarily responsible for conducting research and monitoring local housing activities in support of the agency’s investigations, education, and advocacy efforts. This is a full-time, grant-funded position with a salary range of $52,000 - $56,000 and benefits package including health and dental insurance, 403(b) with matching after one year, and generous family leave.

Fair Housing Specialist

The Fair Housing Specialist is responsible for screening and responding to incoming calls and electronic submissions by conducting intake, investigating fair housing complaints, and providing counseling and advocacy. This is a full-time, grant-funded position with a salary range of $50,000 - $52,000 and benefits package including health and dental insurance, 403(b) with matching after one year, and generous family leave.

Program Coordinator - Housing Mobility

The Housing Mobility Program Coordinator is responsible for the continued development and implementation of the Making Moves Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Mobility program. This is a full-time, grant-funded position with salary range of $55,000 - $57,000. Benefits package includes health and dental insurance, 403(b) with matching after one year, and generous family leave.

Staff Attorney

CNY Fair Housing is hiring a full-time (35 hours week) Staff Attorney to represent the agency and/or clients in administrative and judicial enforcement proceedings, with salary range of $78,000-$85,000. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact fair housing law by exclusively handling affirmative civil rights litigation. It provides the chance to bring precedent-setting cases that will positively shape fair housing jurisprudence across New York State and the Second Circuit.
